Pocket First Aid & CPR Helps Save a Life in Haiti Earthquake
Background
In the devastating 2010 earthquake in Haiti, one man survived for over 64 hours using the American Heart Association's leading first aid content on his iPhone. Using the Pocket First Aid & CPR iPhone application, Dan Woolley, a humanitarian working with Compassion International, was able to survive for 64 hours under a pile of rubble.
We at Jive Media are grateful to learn that Dan Woolley survived this traumatic event. We are pleased that Pocket First Aid & CPR was able to assist in saving a life, and we will continue to work with the American Heart Association to educate people about first aid.
